Are you insured?

We are fully insured.

How long will it take you to get to my location?

The average response time is 45 minutes (based on location and time of day).

Can I call you in the middle of the night?

We’re available 24 hours for towing. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PMon Saturday to release impounds.

Will you accept my roadside assistance insurance?

Most insurance roadside assistance will send out their contractors but if you don’t want to wait your contractor can pay us directly and submit for reimbursement.

Do you offer light- and heavy-duty towing?

We offer motorcycle, light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty towing and low-clearance parking garage tows.

What kind of tow trucks do you use?

We have flatbeds, wheel lifts, and heavy-duty wreckers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major cards and cash for towing/roadside. For impounds, we only accept cash and certified funds (cashier’s check, money order).

How much is a tow?

Cost varies based on location, distance, vehicle size (motorcycle, car, truck).
