Terrible service! The person who answers the phone is so rude

Quality customer service for a short tow. Was communicative the whole way through and got me home safe and efficiently. 100% satisfied and will use again.

Called and said that I was going to be there a half hour past the closing time and they had someone to stay until I got there to pick up a car. Nice people. I will say that they are better than some towing company's I have dealt with before... Thanks...

The teams at Hunt's Wrecker Service was amazing. They helped me get my lowered bmw 3 series towed after the alternator died and I got locked out. Not only did they come unlock my car but the got it on the tow truck without issues. They towed me from downtown Atlanta to Lilburn. They were fast quick and responsive. Super fair pricing. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Came to see stolen truck that was recovered by this company. Truck was inaccessible by my handicap father. Asked for accommodations and was told by the lot worker that if he was really handicapped he would be in a wheelchair. Owner unwilling to offer assistance or accommodations at a later date and desk work made sure to continue to remind us of the storage fees and ask if we weren’t going to get it could we give them the title. ADA complaint has been filed.

Had a great experience! I called them two days back to back and had the same driver both times. He was quick to arrive, efficient and personable. The second day he even stopped at the car shop to get my key on his way to another job and then came back around to deliver my car to the dealership so I didn’t have to go to the shop. I really appreciated their service!
